Andreas Bajohra - Co-Chairman & Producer

Andreas Bajohra hails from near Frankfurt in Germany. After a jet-setting career working as a stills photographer, and producing shoots worldwide, he moved to Britain, and now works in moving pictures, as well as producing stills shoots. He initially worked as an Assistant Director in television and on commercials, before turning to producing, where he clocked up ten years of international experience in broadcast television and commercials for companies such as LWT, TV3 and Deutsche Welle. In the drama field, Andreas' first pre-Phantom credits were Leah Seresin's short love story Yoman's Dance for Channel 4, and the New York-set feature Star! Star! (as associate producer) starring Barbara Sukowa, Nick Moran and Sienna Guillory. Andreas has been heavily involved in all Phantom's productions and co-productions, and also spearheads Phantom's business and financial affairs

Bob Portal - Co-Chairman & Producer

Having grown up in Hull, in the North of England, amid fish, tattoos and fleapit cinemas, Bob was educated at Cambridge University and then trained at the National Film and Television School. He started his career producing music videos and promos for clients ranging from The Eagles to Richard E. Grant. Before co-founding Phantom Pictures, Bob line-produced several UK feature films including Metrodome's Darklands and One World's 24 Hours in London. He also produced over 15 short films including award winners Caruncula, The Cold Earth and Hitting the Spot, all of which were widely screened. Bob's time at Phantom has recently been divided between producing and line-producing activities on such films as Lord of War, and developing new projects.
